The 120th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and its related meetings will be held at the Conference Centre of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from Sunday, 5 to Friday, 10 April 2009.  The Inaugural Ceremony will take place at 7.30 p.m. on Sunday, 5 April 2009, in the Millennium Hall situated near Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa in the presence of the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, His Excellency Girma Woldeghiorgis.

Members and observers of the Inter-Parliamentary Union are kindly requested to send their list of delegates attending the 120th IPU Assembly no later than 27 February 2009, using the enclosed Registration Form to the following addresses:
